Subject: Faulty headphones – order 48213

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the wireless headphones I ordered from your website on 3 March. My order number is 48213.

There are two problems. First, the headphones arrived five days late, so I had to wait a long time to use them. Second, the left earphone does not work at all, although I charged the headphones for two hours.

I would like you to send me a new pair as soon as possible. If you cannot do that, please give me a full refund. I would be grateful if you could reply within one week.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Nguyen Thu Ha
