APIE provides language-learning tools including but not limited to interactive lessons, AI VoiceChat and community features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. APIE is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the platform, including text, source code, images and logos, is owned by APIE. You may not copy, distribute or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
APIE strives to provide accurate content but does not guarantee that your learning outcomes will meet any specific goal. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Services.
