Rules: Present Continuous

#	Rule	Example
1	am / is / are + verb-ing says what is happening now.	It is raining.
2	not goes after am / is / are.	It isn't snowing.
3	A question puts am / is / are first.	Is it raining?
4	For a verb ending in -e, drop the e before -ing.	She is making tea.
